In-home pet sitting is a wonderful alternative to a commercial boarding facility. Your family pets can remain in the safety and comfort of their own home, eliminating costly boarding fees, vaccinations, drop-off and pick-up deadlines, possible contagious pet illnesses or bad habits, confusion, and/or feelings of abandonment. Man's best friend can also be his best protection: The FBI and ADT recommend that "you consider having someone care for your dogs in your home while you are away instead of boarding them." Dogs are the best burglar deterrents. Barking alone draws unwanted notice and stops intruders. Please contact me to arrange a "meet and greet" which gives us the opportunity to discuss your needs to ensure a satisfactory individualized service plan. This initial consultation typically lasts about one hour and is free of charge. I have had a lifelong love for animals, and pets have always been members of my household. After teaching kindergarten for twenty years, I chose a new career that addressed a need for visiting in-home pet sitting and dog walking. This is a care philosophy that provides pets and their owners a more stress-free life while they are separated. • Visiting In-Home Pet Sitting 30-minute visit: $15.00* Visiting pet sitting allows your pet the comfort of staying safe and healthy at home while you are away. Includes: playing, companionship, socialization, TLC, feeding and fresh water, waste removal *Minimum 1 visit/day for cats, 2 visits/day for dogs  • Dog Walking30-minute visit: $15.00 A brisk leash walk in your neighborhood gives your dog a break during the day and may help reduce unwanted behaviors at home. Provides: potty break, physical and mental exercise, socialization • Additional Pet Fees Each additional dog and/or cat: $5.00/visit (must include 30-minute visitation fee) Pocket pets/fish tanks: $3.00 (must include 30-minute visitation fee) • Personal Home Care Services Peace of mind and safety of your home is important also. Annie The Pet Nanny offers a variety of personal home care services that may be included in a visit. Personal home care services* may include: • Daily security checks • Mail and newspaper retrieval • Lights/blinds/curtain maintenance • Climate control • Plant watering • Waste container management *Prices may vary depending upon the number and length of services requested. |
APPROXIMATE SERVICE AREA
SURCHARGES:
A surcharge of $5.00 per visit is applied for visits
up to 9 miles outside the service area indicated above.
A surcharge of $10.00 per visit is applied for visits
10 miles or more outside the service area.
A holiday surcharge of $10.00 per day is applied for services on
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
PAYMENTS:
All payments must be made in full at the beginning of service.
CANCELLATION / REFUND RATES:
Holidays: payment in full is charged - NO refunds
Less than 48 hours: payment in full is charged - NO refunds
2-7 days: 20% of service total is due (80% refund)
8+ days: no charge - refund in full
FOOD AND LITTER REPLACEMENT:
If any supplies need to be replenished, you will be
charged the price of the product(s) plus a $25.00 fee.
KEY RETURN:
Keys will be returned only after I receive notice that you have
returned home. Keys may be dropped off, picked up, or mailed back
in a padded envelope. You always have the option to have me
hold your key in case you need further assistance at a later date.
